What is a microdose?

A microdose is a sub-perceptual amounts, it is psychoactive & you should notice it's effects on you but it shouldn't inhibit your function, it should relax your body & mind. It should help with focus, motivation, uplifted mood & assist with the flow & creation of thought structures.

I compare its effects to be on par with caffeine or nicotine, it's noticeable but it's not inhibiting. You can still drive, go to work, watch your kids, etc. Anything you do on a normal daily basis, you can do while you are on a microdose.

You have access to the vibration the spirit of the medicine exists inside of. Even just a microdose promotes the production of new neural pathways, this means more parts of your brain are communicating with one another. This is what reduces many negative mental health symptoms like anxiety, depression, instability, etc. The more intentionally that you work with the medicine, you become more consciously aware of yourself.

Microdosing is a very powerful tool for emotional, spiritual & intellectual development. It is an alternative way to work with psychedelic medicine that is different from taking a ceremonial dose.

What is a ceremonial dose?

A ceremonial dose is when you take enough to "go on a trip". This can range from a macrodose, all the way up to a heroic dose. Sometimes there are visual effects but mostly it is just a very mentally intense experience that can be filled with many realization that can alter our life. Not everyone is prepared or wanting to experience psychedelics in a higher dosage level & this is where microdosing comes in, because it allows you to tap into the psychedelic space while going about your daily life.

What does it mean to "work intentionally" with the psychedelic medicine?

It means that before you even take the medicine on each given day, you have a reason why you are taking it & you have a point of focus during the day. This can range from working on your own personal, internal growth or it can also center around wanting to be productive either in a personal task or at your job. It can really be anything & it can be both big or small. It does not need to be huge & eccentric. Just show up each day with a reason why you are doing it.
